It also offers live musical performances and pub ambience that makes it an ideal destination for a laid back evening.
Our breakfast at Gatsby lounge was a private and luxury affair, breakfast and bubbles, is what I like to call it was specially customized for us, keeping our preference in mind. It was our own little private set up beautifully done with options like juices from Raw presser, museli in a jar, croissants, macaroons, salmon bites, waffles and pancakes, all this while we enjoyed morning peace before heading out to explore. It always adds to the luxury of your experience when personalization at such extent is done to make sure your stay and appetites is content.
Tao of Peng- Facing the undulated and vast landscape gardens, this Chinese specialty restaurant offers a gastronomical experience. Its cavernous entry sets the mood for an enigmatic and alluring experience, and the chef’s interpretation of contemporary Chinese cuisine, inspired by classical flavours of Hunan and Canton takes you into a journey of a thousand bites.
KoKoMMo- the tiki bar – As evening approaches, the beach will beckon you to enjoy a cocktail at the latest addition at the hotel. As you hear the waves crashing at the shore and the sun slowly sinking into the ocean, KoKoMMo turns into a party hub with its foot tapping music and an enchanting view. They have a special Dine by design concept, which we were lucky to experience and added to of my personal best meals ever. It was the experience that made it more memorable besides food. The hospitality, fresh and innovative dishes, the sound of waves, beach air, and just the raw appeal of the place. Definitely coming back for this very soon.
