Spa Day At Kaya Kalp, ITC Kakatiya

So I decided to take a day off from work and spend it by pampering myself, what better way than going for a 120 minutes of heavenly spa? Just the thought of it made me feel so good and when I was done with it, I was fresh, relaxed and all set for another few weeks of work (gonna come back soon for more). so I am sharing my review with all of you hoping by the end of it you have booked a day of pamper for yourself too.
Kaya Kalp is a perfect combination of visual and sensory delight. ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad has known to cater their guests with luxury & comfort and my experience was no less of it.
After being welcomed at the hotel I was warmly escorted to the magnificently done Spa area. The Spa Manager, a very experienced lady gave me a brief about their specialty services and helped me pick their most sought after- “Pomegranate Body Scrub and Massage.” It included a body scrub, Aroma oil massage and a perfect end with royal foot massage.
After a quick change in their secure locker room I was directed towards my treatment room, on the way I couldn’t stop admiring how beautiful the place is, with an all white interiors, fresh flowers, and some really exquisite mirrors.  Not to forget the ‘draped’ area which allowed guests to relax post spa and where some of their outdoor treatments are done.
After settling down on my massage bed in the serene ambiance of the perfectly lit room, my experience began to unfold. My masseuse began with pomegranate scrub, a sticky, sweet-smelling concoction of brown sugar, lime, ginger and pomegranate, heartily applied and left for few minutes followed by a hot shower allowing my skin to observe the goodness of it. Wiped clean and ready for the next step which was an aroma soul massage using essential oil, which deeply helped me relive stress and muscular tension (Oh, God! I need to this very often). Lastly, (yes there was more) a lavish foot massage using oil and ancient techniques that include stimulating pressure points that will leave one in a state of bliss (Well, at least I did!)

I hope you enjoyed this review, now go get yourself booked at the nearby spa and pamper yourself..

Paper Boat- Tasting Memories

When paper boat mailed me about the goodie box being dispatched I was excited, I went through their website which is so dreamy, in the sense that it transports you to all the memories that as a kid (and even our secret indulgence as adults amidst this busy world helps us get in touch with our inner kid) was fun (like what? Bursting the bubble wraps, listening to stories when lights went out, sleeping under the stars when you went to stay with grandparents, making paper boats for water puddles, making tents form bed sheets, endlessly blowing soap bubbles, and my favourite was hurdling all friends for outdoor games post tuitions and playing till we beg our parents for last few minutes a million times… I really need to call few of my lost in touch friends now!)

When I opened the pretty box it looked like a box of colored surprise. The bottles packed in cute shapes (reminded me of those 1 Rs/- colored Pepsi packet sold outside school…just the cooler version) had flavors like ‘Aamras’, ‘Jaljeera’, ‘Jamun kala khatta’ and ‘Aam panna’

Aamras: Reminds me of all summers as a kid, the season of mango meant treat and family reunions for a whole wide long month. Aunts visiting us, cousins everywhere, going to grandmas for holidays..Family time in total Hindi movie style. Every dessert and sweet forgotten, it was Aamras, mango pudding, mango sorbet, mango pudding, aam ka achaar… Basically everything mango; day and night. The house was filled with the fragrance as my mom filled the bucket of water with mangos.
Taste: sweet and pure delight to senses.

Aam Panna: Reminds me of huge barnis my grandma used to make while she used to prepare achaar, and I used to sneak of lot of raw mangos to eat later. This drink brought a lot of memories with her and I am going to toast this drink and share it with my family in her memory
Taste: Perfect balance of sweetness, sourness and spiciness.

Jamun kala khatta : I really don’t have any specific memories with it, except the fact that I am the only person in my family who likes it and also the weird fact that when anyone asked my mom what you had  when you where expecting  her (me) she said jamun (in a typical.. kya khake paida kiya hai…hahahahah)
Taste: spicy, tangy, sweet and delectable

Jaljeera: summer favourite drink to beat the heat, almost customary in Indian house hold. I remember when we came back from school, or when dad came back home for lunch or long day after work, even guests were delighted with this chilled drink
Taste: just like a mom made drink with love.

Blogger tip: It’s great for parties, no need to waste any glasses, be it party for kids or adults; they will all enjoy sipping from the pouch. Just remember to refrigerate well in advance.

For the classier affair, you can use serve them chilled in glasses and also garnish them with suitable elements for each drink; fresh coriander for jaljeera, grinned black pepper for jamun kala khatta , tip the glass of aamras with a piece of mango and for aam panna well let’s just the raw mango peel or pieces should do the trick.

They also sent me ‘The Jungle book’ as excited i am to watch the movie, this came well in advance before its release and i took it on myself, not just to revisit my memories but also read it to my nieces and make new memories this summer.

Spring Blossom

Hope you are enjoying the spring, and letting your creative side take over. spring i feel is the bets time to inspire a person. when i am out or travelling in this particular season, i almost always want to sit with my brush and paint away the beautiful blossomed sight everywhere. even just watching out of the window for several minutes gives me a sense of calmness and good vibes that refreshes my brain with positive thoughts (try it, it words)

Heading out during summer is as easy as it gets, the clothing is mostly flexible for day to night look (apart from the fun dresses, we also lack patience in the heat to make any change so it’s all good in every way) and comfortable at its best. The flowy dresses or soft shirts, the skin needs to breathe as much as you this season.

In India spring is like a quick glance you probably never know when it starts and when summer pours in. the heat has begun but you can’t avoid the fragrance of fresh blossom and wet mud hinting rain any moment (even if it doesn’t) the roads, gardens and sidewalks are gleaming with colorful flowers (I have stooped several times just to capture he blossomed tree at necklace road, if you are in Hyderabad you will know what I mean)

My Favorite Fashion Picks: soft denims with leggings, dresses(long or short) with tie ups or flats, flowy capes, gingham shirts, pastel tunics and most of all go all white with pretty (pop) colors scarf’s.. Don’t forget the wide range of ikat and hand loom that are making quite a rage this year(post on that coming soon..:*)

I am wearing an AND dress, and this color is really great this season also my super fun flats are from – Pretty Random Design.
Do share your spring time pictures by tagging me on Instagram and Facebook @fahsioneatitasa

Blossom away to fresh beginnings, because like they say spring it’s nature’s way of new beginnings and old endings.

Pink Mud- A Pretty Mess

Hope you guys are having a great week, well just 1 more day to weekend guys..Keep it strong. Today I am going to share with you my review on India’s own (future) Victoria secret (well in terms of mists and perfumes for sure)
Pink Mud is an Indian brand started by power of like-minded girls too meet the much needed gap of well priced yet quality product in fragrance sector. If you follow me on Instagram you will know how obsessed i am with hand creams and mists. So i ordered myself their cute little bucket  treat-an assortment of their EDT’s, body mists and deo (I ordered it few months back so might not have the bucket but even better packages, after all I use it thoroughly before sharing my reviews)
The first thing i saw were the cute little boxes, Pink Mud calls it “Pops on the Go” and are available in two variants – “Black Striper Pack” and “Pink Checkered Pack”. Each of these pops contains two 20 ml perfumes. The pops looks so cute and fun, you can also buy them separately for keeping it in your bag. (They were two strong for me, and i might not go for it again, but well fragrance is a very personal choice)

Coming to the main product, the “Pink Mud Foxy EDT”. I personally love the bottle – it’s quirky and fun. The cap is like a big solitaire (they definitely got the-girls love diamonds way seriously, i might even save the bottle now that it’s almost done) the fragrance is very sweet very floral. Something you can wear on a fun day out with girls to special occasions, it has a very unique fragrance and it’s not something you will
Price:- Rs.499/- for 50ml

The mist i got Is “Lacy Body Mist” which is like aqua in a bottle, it’s not so fancy bottle but the magic lies within it (it’s tough and great for n the go, i have carried it everywhere and reused it,around the day for a dash of freshness) The fragrance is just a puff of freshness on skin with a hint of vanilla and fruity aroma (use it as soon as you step out of shower and let it linger, use it again directly on skin whenever you need, because just like you skin your odour needs to be under check)
Price: – Rs.299/- for 236ml

“Sexy EDT” as the name suggests has a very tantalizing and mysterious fragrance. I have worn it to parties were my friends couldn’t stop asking about it, expecting it to be some high end (and over priced perfume) but were really glad to know it was affordable treat just a click away.
Price:- Rs.499/- for 50ml

Do check their Facebook for latest offers and special offers. It a great product to gift your love or pamper yourself being easy on your pocket and getting lot of real thank you (after all everyone likes a gift that they can actually use)

Buy: Amazon , Flipkart or there own cool website Pink Mud

Free Flow: Traffic Bar

Hope you guys are having an amazing Sunday, i sure am. If you guys are still figuring out where to head this evening then i have to suggest you this new place ‘Free Flow : Traffic Bar’ a one of a kind concept place (one of the first I have encountered in the city) which is just amazing.

From carefully detailed interiors, to amazingly served dishes (they are also one of the first to take care of your emergencies be it a dress tearing apart, the cold weather or emergency chum situation.. Are you reading this ladies? Basically they  are all in to keep their customers comfortable and stay as long as YOU want) not to forget the view that overlooks entire KBR park and no matter what the weather is its always pleasant up here.

Coming to food their ‘Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian platters’ come with a well assorted options that include ‘Spicy Mushrooms’ to ‘Malai Brocli’ and ‘Chicken Wings’ to ‘Fish Fingers’. Their kebabs are just scrumptious but the ‘Chicken Steak’ we ordered was a little hard and could have been more tender, it was accompanied by mash potato and grilled veggies.

My friend loved the ‘Bheja Fry’ which she has been craving for weeks and was completely satisfied with flavors and the bun that made it a good main course option. Their ‘Fiery Fries’ are very desi version of French fries but- better in taste (so good that I would definitely rate it as a must try)

Well I have been to this place thrice already and the first thing i order is their ‘Bong Mocktail’ (if you have been following my blogs you would know my weakness for well presented-food looking drinks) and fries. We also tried their ‘Kheema Pao’ which is very good.

The only thing which i found a little unimpressive is the portion of dishes (very less for the way it’s priced so kind of comes heavy on pocket if you plan to come too often) But what is also fascinating is the variety- from street food options to thalis they have up to 300 option in their menu. So hop on and enjoy this all new place.

Location: 3rd Floor, Plot 566, Road 92, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Ph: 040 33165734

So try this place and share your experience in instagram @fahsioneatista. Have a great week ahead.

Monochrome Mondays

I am a Monday person, I love Mondays. Sometimes I even have better Monday’s than Friday’s (no, I am not a geek or workaholic) for some reason I always have some great plans or catching up to do on Mondays which makes it even better.
Sometimes I sneak out early to finish my work somewhere else (I just kinda have that liberty). So I did it today too. I escaped to this really beautiful place (involved a nice drive from my office) ordered myself a coffee (with dessert of course and after doing my major work in the first half of day I sat here enjoying my coffee and jotting down my need to do list for the week (for my work, blog and other shit that had to be done)
Monochrome is my favorite fashion (forever trend) and with such hot and humid weather whites are just perfect ( though I can’t wait to go back to layering and dark colors, for now white is my staple)  plus I just try to look good, apart from feeling good, without going overboard. I paired my Zara jeggings (these are revolutionary, I don’t know when i last wore my jeans, since I got them, and it goes with everything from crop tops to tunics. These are my wonder pants) with a nice long white shirt (also used as a shirt dress) and black stilettos from Aldo. My Susan bag is my carry all office bag (reminds me of that little satchel Hermione carried in Harry Potter, well it’s not that small but has everything I need and I mean everything.) This looks sober enough for office, classy enough for meeting and perfect for my Monday! IMG_4155

Its good to spend time with yourself just know the difference between being lonely and in solace. once a week try spending time with yourself, to know more, have more fun and trust me that the best kind of exploring and self pampering one can gift to them self.

A Decade of Gourmet – Deli 9

IMG_4975  Hey,

So Deli 9 (d9 how i mostly call it) celebrates 10 years of existence (feeling nostalgic) makes me realise how long it’s been since I first stepped in college (because this was where me and my friends literally spent 3 years of college) well its where almost all the Franciscans (yes I am from St.Francis) spent their time either bunking, working on notes, chilling (And finding the secret bf of that most silent girl or over hearing the dramatic breakup stories Hahahha)

So, I decided to revisit (with so many new places it’s been a while I have been to this place) The place has been revamped; even though the chef’s and staff is still the same (well at least most of them, and it was so heart warming to see they remembered me and were super welcoming)

When it comes to food, the menu has been redone and lots of additions had been made apart from their specialty pastas (my favorite) pizzas and sandwiches.

I started off with their new offering in drink ‘Fresh Fruit Frioska’ it’s a virgin mojito available in flavors of seasonal fruits (I opted for my favorite watermelon). We also ordered ‘Mango Masti’ (Yehhh, I was deeply missing mango, and the name on menu was enough to just go for it) and I was definitely happy with what was served even though I am coming back for more of watermelon frioska.
‘Firangi Samosa’ which had a filing of mushroom and spinach served with mayo dip, crispy outside and perfectly yum inside came first and reminded me of desi samosa i used i have as a kid. What came in next was finger licking good ‘MFC’ which is short for Malabar Fried Chicken was served with sallas and was truly scrumptious.
IMG_4999 IMG_4984
Nachos have somehow lost the charm, well the ‘Outrageous Nachos’ definitely didn’t meet my delight.

However, one of my favorite from the new additions is ‘Chicken 65 Bao’ from their Pao n Bao section, perfectly spicy and tangy, (be careful, you are going to get so lost in it, you won’t realize how messy your face looks). ‘Chicken Shawarma wrap’ filled witch shreds of chicken, crunchy lettuce, tomatoes onions and hummus inside perfectly soft Arabic pita bread was cravings coming to an end. (Since I came back from my trip to Dubai I have been searching for a decent one and let’s say, Hyderabad just doesn’t have many options when it comes to shawarma, but this was definitely a happy find)

Well I was here; and there was no way I was moving out without having my favourite pasta. I ordered for ‘Sundried Chicken Penne Pasta’ creamy, yummy and full of my favourite olives (well I made sure the added extra, on request). No matter what they always have the best pasta in town.
For desserts I opted for their choice, and was served with Gorgeous ‘Tiramisu’ and ‘Blueberry Cheesecake’ made to perfection. The best part about the desserts here is they are always so fresh and never fail to amaze your taste buds.

Happy anniversary Deli 9, hope you keep rocking for another decade.
P.S I miss your sticky Toffee pudding.

Makers Of Milkshake, Hyderabad

So Hyderabad keeps getting cooler day by day (well I don’t mean the weather obviously) every month (sometimes even every week) we see something new opening in town.
Well you can imagine my happiness when I spot this crushingly awesome “Makers of Milkshake” just 2 minutes away from my office (already dreaming of substituting my office breaks at this place)
They have wide variety of shakes (definitely very confusing, because when you read the options you will technically go mad) I mean common – Oreo go Nuts, Peanut Butter Banana, chocolate strawberry, toffee oats shake??? You see what I mean! (Drooling)

Well it was a tough call but I decided to taste Toffee Flake Shake (from their special healthy breakfast menu), Chocolate Strawberry (from their VIP lounge) Oreo Go Nuts (on the owner’s suggestion from their VIP lounge again) and Chocolate Brownie (Mentally taking notes of which one to order next time I come)
The wait seemed to be long and I was glad I had company, but when my first drink arrived- the chocolate brownie, I forgot about everything else. It was thick, gooey and best brownie shake ever. Before I could give up and already declare it a winner, my toffee flake shake arrived (which I ordered just out of curiosity to see what they could do with flakes) but (drum rolls please) it was divine. It was something far very unique in taste (god I am never going back to Starbucks again) the prices here are good, they shakes are filling, they have so many options that it will take you a while to even try out all and declare a favorite.

When my chocolate strawberry milkshake arrived I was even more restless to try it out (I mean they all cannot be so amazing right?) WRONG, the taste was burst of flavors, perfectly blended and you can taste tiny toffee shreds in each sip which was nothing I have ever tried before. (Makers of Milkshake!! Where have you been?)

Oreo go nuts is by far their best offering with the twist of two sinful combinations (Oreo and nuts of course) it is one the first thing you should taste at MoM.
Well I have had the most amazing time at this place; with 2 branches they are already making waves with their milkshakes. I can’t wait to go back and try some more of their flavorsome offerings.
So until then all you Hyderbadis go enjoy and don’t forget to show it off to your friends and folks outside city, because Hyderabad just got a lot cooler. 😉

My Envy Box- Spa Set

IMG_3716Hey, Amidst a busy week I planned to pamper myself with My Envy Box- which unlike previous multi brand products had a complete “Vana Vidhi Darjeeling Spa Set” last month. Beauty subscription boxes are like the new rage in India. There have been many companies coming up with these services and I have tried a few of them. However My Envy box stands apart for the products there team curate in each box. They have best of luxury products as well as Indian based products. Each box comes as a surprise gift (you will end up restlessly waiting for the next once you open the present one) with sample size( sometimes even full sized products) It is just amazing how for little money you spend you get to try what works for your skin and decide for yourself if it’s worth buying. I have been personally introduced to lot of brands I have never tried before (and now I swear by it for regular use- Za-True White Plus Liquid Foundation and Babor creams) The concept is really nice because they have variety and offer products for skin, hair, makeup, perfume sample, and sometimes discount vouchers for various services or shopping websites. The box comes with an info card, giving you details about the products and brand and also the price of full size product of the same. IMG_3758 Coming to the specifics of this box which is a “Vana Vidhi Darjeeling Spa Set” has products that are all 100% Vegan, Sulphate Free, Paraben Free, Color Free & Cruelty Free. “VANA’s strong brew face and body wash” is thick with essence of green tea which will leave you pampered and fresh (I pre lit the “Darjeeling Forest Incense” which came along with the set, which gives me a proper spa feel, adding solace to your me time) “Vana’s Mild Brew Hair Shampoo and conditioner” are mild and sulphate free with natural lather. A continuous use of their shampoo and conditioner promise to strengthen, condition and grow your hair with major benefits of green tea. Post the luxury bath, their “Green Tea Moisturizing Body Lotion” helps keep skin moisturized. It absorbs quickly and is a non sticky lotion. The summer is soaring as high as 45 degrees (well some say 47 too, but I am denying it). All I am wearing is white shirts and boyfriend jeans, so much that my friends suspect of me having a secret wardrobe full of white shirts.  As a matter of fact I never like white so much but since last year, as soon as summer approaches I stock up o white shirts and T-shirts (love the shirts they have at Mango,Promod and Chemistry). And in winters its back to my favorite black (no I am not all black and white, I love prints, pop colors, but on daily basis I like to keep it cool and classic)
However there is one more thing that has my undying love- DENIM. It is a timeless trend and I absolutely love denim, whether it’s shorts, jackets, shirts, jeans or vests. Personally I think a denim shirt is a must have and it’s so wearable.

Denim shirt-Promod, Jeggings-Zara, Shades-Borrowed, Bag- Spades style (bought from Honeyhugx), Footwear- Gk2 (Delhi)
Denim shirt-Promod, Jeggings-Zara, Shades-Borrowed, Bag- Spades style (bought from Honeyhugx), Footwear- Gk2 (Delhi)
Ring From Funk&co

Denim being the most classic and versatile piece, you don’t need to over-think your outfit. If it’s a jeans then just  throw on a basic top, golden jewels, and you’re all set, if you are wearing a denim shirt go with white, black or even beige pants and of course a nice bag and few  baubles!
That’s why today, I settled on my favorite hybrid that is, the Denim. It’s a Soft Denim so it is cool enough to work with the warm sun and paired it with gold bag and footwear to just add a twist to my outfit.

Hope you like it, do share your summer best on instagram at @fashioneatista

WOFL Hyderabad

Waffles are like the latest trend the city but ‘Wofl’ is by far unsurpassed. Imagine a place that serves variety of waffles, pancakes and more. Well you can step back into reality and drive straight to Wofl. It’s the hub of all things yummy. They have wide variety of waffles, pancakes, pastas, omelet’s, French toasts, pizzas, burgers and hotdogs and as if this wasn’t enough they also have some great meals.

Even though they had so many options I placed order for their best ‘Wofl Ala Mode’, waffle with topping of baked apple blended perfectly with cinnamon and spice served with vanilla ice cream. Aren’t you drooling already? Well wait till you have a bite and let the flavors do their magic.

I don’t judge a place with just one dish, but sometimes just after your first serving arrives you know if you can blindly order or be careful about what you choose. In today’s case I just grabbed the menu and ordered all there was as part of ‘Wofl exclusive options’.

‘ Woflette’  a unique omelet well, I don’t know if you can say that because it has peppered veggies, chicken and eggs made to excellence, served with hash brown (I ordered for extra, because they were so crisp and yum) and toasted bread.

‘Dil him Malla toast’ goodness of stringy cheese, chicken and mushroom amidst the egg fried bread. Well I almost thought I died and went to heaven. I couldn’t think beyond all that cheese but being a mushroom lover (and of course a chicken lover) when everything comes together in one dish you can only thank (well myself for being such a foodie, and totally ignoring the calories) the chef who made it.

‘Melba Perscia Pancake’ it had a major touch of fruits (peach mostly) with raspberry and chocolate sauce (which you can obviously see) I am not much of a fruit lover but it’s great for any fruit lover.

So forget travelling to Europe or a 5 star hotel just to enjoy a lavish English breakfast. Just head over to Wofl, because with their variety and value for money it is just worth it plus they are open all day to fulfill your cravings (I mean, I would love to have it even in leisure evenings)

Located at rd no 3, Banjara hills, right opp Testa Rossa.

DXB Diaries

So, my trip to Dubai was just an amazing one; apart from the much needed break from work and all the social chaos. I was in Dubai to celebrate my parent’s 25th anniversary and of course shop.It was a weeklong trip but I must say even for a small place like Dubai it wasn’t enough. This was my second visit to Dubai but with so much coming up every day I had no time to repeat anything.

The Top at Burj Khalifa and dinning at the luxurious ‘ Al Hadheerah’ restaurant at Bab al Shams resort and spa(sheiks own private property) made me taste the traditional and modern side of Dubai.

Atlantis though didn’t stand up to all the hype that was created (talking purely about the dinner scenes at Kaleidoscope, it was way too crowded) but the water park and the Lost chambers aquarium underwater world was way too fun.

When in Dubai drive like they do, well technically it was impossible for me to think of driving there (God!! You won’t believe the list of strict rules they have but it’s for the citizen’s safety…so no comments on that) but we did hire a Limousine Pick and drop to Atlantis in Limousine Dodge (so even in Dubai it makes for an eye turner, totally felt like a celeb when everyone just stood around to watch who is getting out of the car *blushes*)

JBR- Jumeirah Beach Residence, is by far my favorite place to go when in Dubai, go once.. go twice or 10 times, it will always have something to charm you (also the only place that will give you a feel of traveling abroad, since its filled with desi people) hangout at the beach or grab something at the very European kind of cafes and restaurant your evenings are just sorted. My time at JBR was a little bit of beach..Little bit of shopping from Victoria’s secret and some mouth watering delicacies from Papa Roti.

All in all it was just a fabulous trip with a daily dose of English toffee from Tim Hortons, Garrett’s cheese Pop corn, The Hummingbird bakery’ Whoopie pie, a heavenly slice of blueberry cheesecake from cheesecake factory and of course- the Famous Shawarmas (do try Tasty Bites in Meena Bazaar and Al Mallah in Satwa..Strictly roadside food stations for best taste) also the night buzz seem to head to this nice open place called Filli cafe which has the most aromatic tea I have ever come across (saffron of course, it smells amazing even for a non tea person like me)

Hove you get your travelling break soon, do share your stories with me on instagram @Fashioneatista.

Spa la vie by L’Occitane

IMG_1507[1] IMG_1506[1]

Spa days are the best kind of days. All stress, negative vibes and tension released into the calm and serene surroundings. The latest addition in the list of Hyderabad Spa’s is the Spa La Vie by international brand L’Occitane. Already being a huge fan of their bath and body products (especially the lotions and hand creams…Gosh I am obsessed with them) the spa is a total cherry on the top – for luxury, by the brand. The whole ambiance is very luxurious and calming, the classy crème interiors are so soothing that you will immediately step into your Zen mode. After the refreshing welcome drink (a very strong and refreshing cup of detox tea- combination of lemon, ginger and honey) I was asked to fill out some important details (mandatory before any spa experience as it helps them know about any precautions to be taken) post that I was introduced to my masseuse, who led me towards my spa room. The Treatment I choose was “Aromachologie Relaxing Massage” a 60 minutes Swedish massage which sure left my muscles free of stiffens and completely relaxed my back as I mentioned it to be my focal area. There was a special Chinese acupressure and Balinese massage technique used to stimulate circulation and ease tensions. Well I would say it sure did the wonder, because I was beaming with joy ready for shower and to take over another stressful week before my next spa date with myself.
